Last updated October 30, 2026. This page covers the ShipBy early-access list only. ShipBy isn’t available yet and has no accounts; it opens before Black Friday 2026.

What we collect

• Your email address.
• The orders-per-month range and print provider you choose, if you choose them.
• How you found the page: campaign tags in the link (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) and the referring page, if your browser sends one.

To stop spam, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, and we keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address for up to 10 minutes to limit repeated submissions. We never store your IP address itself. Page visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies. We don’t use advertising pixels or third-party tracking cookies.

Why

Only to email you about ShipBy early access, and to understand which communities the list came from. We don’t sell, rent or share your information with anyone for their own use.

Where it’s kept

Signups are stored in a Cloudflare database. Cloudflare hosts the site and processes this data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Until you ask to be removed, or until the project stops, whichever comes first. If the project stops, the list is deleted.

How to be removed

Email getshipby@gmail.com from the address you signed up with and we’ll delete your entry. You can also reply to any email we send you.
