Why on-time orders still get marked late
Etsy measures your dispatch against the processing time on each listing. Print providers don’t keep a fixed speed: production slows in Q4, after holidays and when one facility gets busy.
So the time you set months ago goes stale, and your Star Seller dispatch rate drops even though nothing changed on your side.

Questions
Why are my Printify orders marked late on Etsy?
Usually because the print provider took longer than the processing time on your listing, or because tracking reached Etsy after the ship-by date. Etsy counts both against your dispatch rate, even when the package arrives on time.
Can’t I just set longer processing times?
You can, and many sellers do. But a time that’s too long costs you sales, and a time that’s too short costs you Star Seller. Provider speed changes every few weeks, so a fixed number is always wrong in one direction. ShipBy adjusts it for you.
Does it work with Printful?
Yes, the plan is to support Printify and Printful from the first version. Tell us your provider in the form so we know what to test first.
What does it cost?
Early access is free. When ShipBy launches, there will be a paid plan at a small monthly price, and early-access sellers will hear about it first.
Do you need my Etsy password?
No. ShipBy will connect through Etsy’s official API sign-in, and you can disconnect it from your Etsy account at any time.
